LOVE THE CITY
At Hope Church we exist to spread the hope of the gospel in our city and throughout the World. What this looks like is believers living on mission both locally and internationally.
Here you can find some of the places we are actively serving as well as some of the prayers we have for these areas. As you look through these images and videos, we ask that you would pray that God would show you where He wants to use YOU to make himself known. Is it being a light in your workplace? Is it witnessing to your neighbors? Is it volunteering in a local school, shelter, hospital, etc.? Is it moving to a city where you can minister to unreached people groups here in the U.S.? Is it serving overseas? Let us know how we can help you be a part of this mission so that we can spread the hope of the gospel together.
SCHOOL PARTNERSHIPS
As we have prayerfully sought ways to "love the city", God has laid these three schools on our hearts. These schools are Lincoln Elementary, Whittier Elementary, and Hugh Bish Elementary. Please join us as we pray for the students, faculty, staff, and families in this school. Pray that they would come to know the hope of the gospel, and that Jesus would change their hearts and lives. Pray for gospel boldness for the believers who are a part of these schools. As you pray, be on the lookout for opportunities to serve these schools alongside us.
LOVING LAWTON
God has also allowed us many other opportunities to Love Lawton. Please join us as we pray for our city. Pray that poverty, addiction, and darkness would be pushed back with the hope of the Gospel. That many would come to know the hope of the gospel, and that Jesus would change their hearts and lives. Pray that the kingdom of God would be advanced in our city.
